White Noise: The Sounds

White Noise is a segment where we feature musicians and bands that we think are worthy of your music player when you’re shredding down the hill.
The Sounds are a 80s New Wave meets 90s Alternative band from Sweden. The singer, Maja Ivarsson was featured along side Cobra Starship on the soundstrack for the movie Snakes On A Plane starring Sam Jackson.
Their live shows sound much more heavy while the recordings have a bigger sythesiser presence. Living in America and Ego are two great tracks from their album Dying to Say This To You.
They’ve toured with bands like Angels & Airwaves, and are now touring Europe I believe.

The Sounds are awesome. Their song “Rock N Roll” is probably my favorite along side “Living In America”
ya they play a great live show too. i dont think i`ve ever heard Rock N Roll tho.
